*The project was carried out on an individual order for our client – designed and manufactured by Top House installed for our client in Boekel, the Netherlands
The project consists of 5 modular houses with external dimensions 480/650 cm (31.2 sq.m) and 12 modular houses with external dimensions 650/720 cm (46.8 sq.m).
With El. installation Installation included wiring, switches, sockets and lighting (hidden cables in ducts)
With plumbing – Equipped bathroom *according to our client’s requirements* + outlets for kitchenette (hidden outlets)
